heyy guys! as promised, here's an update... SOO sorry I've been too busy to update, but anyway, lets first start with today's events... Today I started out my day as usual in college, lectures and ur normal kinda stuff.. After school I met up with some of the 4P2 people at the new holding site..it was great, especially after not seeing some of them for what seems like an uber long time... PEOPLE LIKE JOAN!! i really missed talking to ya and all... haha its great to finally meet up with her and talk like old days... here's a pic i took with her! =)

And also... i took a picture with my fellow ex-disbo member last year, Beng Koon! Just saw him n i realized i havent taken any with him so i decided to take one with him... haha..


So after meeting up with my friends at the new holding site of BP, went to eat lunch with Sheedy, Ummairah and Jin Zhe... And uh, I kept arguing with Jin Zhe hahaha... i guess we never see eye to eye eh... here's one riddle for u to take note of, something we argued over what the right answer was.

Three people paid 25 dollars each for a stay in a hotel. That totals up to 75 dollars. However after that the cashier realized the bill was only 70 dollars, so the cashier decided to return 5 dollars to them. However, since there was no way to distribute the money equally, the cashier took 2 dollars and returned 3 dollars to the 3 people, one person getting $1 back. So effectively this means that one person paid 24 dollars rite??? 24 x 3 = 72 dollars and since the cashier kept 2 dollars it amounts up to 74 dollars... WHERE IS THE MISSING DOLLAR?

I finally got jinzhe's concept which i agree is correct, but we argued over whether my theory was correct, and jin zhe didnt accept mine haha... nvm nvm... we also argued on whether i was fat, dun ask me why, we suddenly talked abt it, and he said yes and i kept askin him to reason himself... that guy, his brain ticks every single second!

Anyway, I wanna update on orientation but i havent got the pics!! will only receive em this weekend so i'll leave orientation review and all for this weekend's post yea? DO check back for it... cause orientation was FUN FUN FUN! and I miss orientation now! i'm having withdrawal symptoms... haha...

Lectures are now in place of orientation and I do enjoy some lectures... GP was ok cause the teacher was nice and her tone kept us awake... it wasnt monotonous and it was like an up-down tone hahaa... Plus the GP topics r quite interesting ... Maths was ok, ur normal lecture.. but econs... ummmm, very boring for me! Geog on the other hand was fun! learnt about big bang theory and structures of the earth... And ohh, I must make myself LOVE econs to do well in it...

lemme revise what i learnt today... Since i am blogging, the opportunity or true cost would be less sleep and less time for revision... HAHA! the whole afternoon the econs students teased each other with "opportunity cost" ... But it can be quite wierd at times... like why does a rich man take an aeroplane while someone poor just takes a coach? Usually people will just answer, richer people can afford an airplane unlike poor people but in econs the answer is very different!

It is said that richer people supposedly earn more as compared to poorer people per hour, so they need to try minimize time wastage as they have a higher opportunity cost than poorer people and so they take the plane to reduce the opportunity cost.. get it? ok forget abt this part if u want... haha...

Currently i am stuck for my CCA choices cause i have not many ranges to choose from... I guess maybe i'll join the students council for three months first and see if i like the JC council.. hope i get chosen! :) Also, i signed up for drama club, but i only have to choose between one of the two... tough choice!

Ok la.. i'm feeling sleepy but i have yet to complete maths! heh no need to hand in but i wanna complete it! cya guys soon! I MISS ORIENTATION! :(
