helloo guys! haha okie, enough of Singapore Idol for now, back to more serious posts... Its been quite a while since i last blogged about my studies, so here i am trying to do so.. hahaha, in the past month, lotza things have been happening, espcecially the one relating to academics...

First up was the GCE O level Oral exam english.. it was quite alright for reading and picture discussion.. hah wierd enough the picture was about people in an MRT so i couldnt describe much, and just assumed my way through... haha but i think i was alright for that... However, my conversatioN! Urgh! It was horrible.. okay not that bad lah, but it wasnt that good either. I was expecting questions in which i can elaborate alot like on society or trends, but hmm, i was asked questions like "How do you go to school" and "What is your favourite mode of transport" that just made me answer to the point without elaborating.. hmm, i hope it was okay.. haha it was really scary as they asked me a total of 5 or 6 questions, and if that was considered prompting, bye bye to me.. also, i stuttered quite a bit as i didnt know how to elaborate, and ended up saying stuff like:"Ermm, an MRT is really fun and convenient, ermm.. you know, yeah" so i said it quite a number of times.. haha hope i dun get penalized..

Next up was my HMT exams... the composition was kinda hard, two of the three were discussion topics and we all know i cannot express myself well in malay.. haha, the other topic was to write a story on a malay idiom which means "Everybody has their own good and bad points" but i decided to skip that out. so i ended up doing the one on whether children should be held responsible for taking care of their elderly. I also chose to do the dialogue instead of the formal letter. The dialogue was quite fun to write, it was about two people with opposing views on studying in a local university and studying abroad. =D Hmm, apart from that, paper 2 was alright, except for the Imbuhan(Grammar), urgh! It was soo tricky, and I made a mistake in the first part, so theorotically speaking, i will get the rest wrong as i have to put my answers in order of how the words appear. haha, but luckily i managed to secure the last two right, so hmm, i guess 6 out of 10 marks gone... =S Nvm, at least i hope i will be able to score for the rest of the paper...

Last thursday was my physics practical.. Went quite well,at least better than the mid years for me, i failed my mid year practical! haha... So yeah, i did everything and managed to finish on time.. hope i do well! =D the only tricky question to me was the density of the bob, and the teachers were so smart, they gave us pendulums of different masses and volumes to ensure we were not able to compare answers, but at the same time achieve the same type of density as the bobs were made of the same material.. My density was somewhere like 0.98 but some of my friends got densities like 0.72 = Wow, the difference.. haha i also have a friend who got 0.99, so lucky for me.. haha, at least there is someone who achieved results like mine, or i was sure i got that part wrong...

So next week will be a really tiring week, not to mention stressing week as well, as we have all our exams up next week. Tomorrow will be science chemistry practical, english exams also somewhere this week, SS on wednesday and also teachers day celebrations this week!! urgh! Study study study! thats all, cya guys!
